Infirmier bilingue recherché au CHSLD de Harrington Harbour pour un mandat court, avec évaluation clinique et soins infirmiers en milieu d’hébergement.
Services SFT propose une mission du 18 au 24 novembre 2026, sans prolongation possible. Le poste comprend un quart de jour en semaine, avec couverture de fin de semaine au besoin. Vous utiliserez SyMO CHSLD, collaborerez avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire et agirez comme pivot clinique auprès de l’unité.
Responsabilités principales :- Évaluer l’état de santé des résidents
- Planifier et dispenser les soins infirmiers requis
- Appliquer SyMO CHSLD pour organiser les soins
- Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire locale
- Encadrer l’équipe de soins sur l’unité
- Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais
- Avoir complété la formation SyMO CHSLD
- Faire preuve d’autonomie professionnelle en milieu éloigné
- Démontrer une excellente capacité d’adaptation
