The opportunity
Join a team where health, safety, and environment are at the core of everything we do. As a Site HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in embedding HSE best practices throughout all phases of project execution.
How You'll Make An Impact
Support the development of Site HSE Plans
Act as the primary HSE point of contact on site
Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance
Ensure safe planning and execution of site activities
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
Conduct inspections and engage in safety discussions
Promote HSE programs, including “We Care”
Your background
CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
OHS diploma or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
Bilingual in French and English
Experience in HSE on complex projects
Incident investigation training
Knowledge of electrical safety in high-voltage environments
