Become a key player at AAA Canada as a Quality Analyst located in Mirabel. This role is open to both junior and senior applicants with a passion for aerospace quality assurance.

AAA Canada is looking for Quality Analysts who can manage non-conformities effectively within a major aerospace environment. Roles include issuing and monitoring Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and ensuring adherence to quality policies. Candidates should have a relevant college diploma, strong communication skills in French and English, and familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage follow-up on CARs and non-conformities

• Analyze compliance with the 5 Whys root cause method

• Document and distribute Quality Management System documentation

• Control quality records and participate in audits

• Communicate updates to customer specifications

Requirements:

• College diploma in a relevant field

• Experience in aerospace Quality Assurance

• Knowledge of ISO standards beneficial

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
