You will ensure that our greenhouse-grown produce meets the highest standards of quality during the packing process. This mid-level position is integral to our supply chain operations, involving critical tasks like grading and inspecting vegetables, complying with food safety practices, and maintaining a clean work environment. Your attention to detail plays a significant role in delivering ‘A Life of Pure Flavor’ to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and grade vegetables for ripeness and quality

• Pack produce in accordance with customer specifications

• Clean work areas and food contact surfaces

• Report any contamination or quality issues

• Collaborate with supervisors on quality control measures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Willingness to learn; no experience necessary

• Familiarity with food safety practices advantageous
