Key Responsibilities:
• Develop health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Manage incident investigations and corrective action implementations
• Conduct compliance audits across facilities in Québec
• Deliver impactful health and safety training to teams
• Analyze safety performance data to identify trends
Requirements:
• Minimum of eight years in health and safety roles
• Relevant degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, or related
• Certification such as CRSP or CSP preferred
• In-depth understanding of safety legislation in Québec
• Strong bilingual communication in French and English
