Senior Advisor in Health and Safety

Drive health and safety excellence as a Senior Advisor. Utilize your expertise in audits and crisis management to support our operations effectively across Québec.
You will report directly to the Director of the Centre of Excellence, focusing on incident investigations and enhancing safety protocols. Collaboration with operational teams during incidents will be a key aspect of your role as you contribute to continuous safety improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teams by ensuring effective response during incidents

• Guide stakeholders through complex safety challenges

• Plan and document comprehensive internal audits

• Lead investigations into high-severity incidents

• Enhance emergency preparedness with simulations and plans
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in relevant field

• 5-10 years’ experience in the construction industry

• In-depth knowledge of safety management systems

• Strong teamwork abilities with operational departments

• Willingness to travel within Québec and Canada
