Position: Quality Assurance Analyst (Delivery)

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Assurance Delivery Analyst to join our Certification team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Pre-flight and Delivery team.

Your Challenges:
  • Prepare all aircraft documentation and present it to clients.
  • Lead problem‑solving activities related to quality and customer satisfaction. Facilitate the team and its collaborators in finding the root cause of issues to resolve them effectively.
  • Conduct investigations, target discrepancies, and implement innovative solutions that will improve quality and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary presentations and meetings.
  • Manage quality projects to meet specific requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a change agent to promote a quality‑driven culture throughout the company.
  • Investigate and identify potential risks.
  • Manage priorities in line with key objectives.
  • Apply the quality management system and regulatory requirements (such as Transport Canada), striving for best practices to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a college or university degree in a field related to manufacturing (aerospace, mechanics, engineering, project management, etc.).
  • You have experience in customer service (an asset).
  • You hold a PMP certification or have experience in project management.
  • You are bilingual (French and English) with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You possess a drive for continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking, initiative, attention to detail, and an ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • You showcase leadership, autonomy, professionalism, and the ability to work well within a team.
  • You are familiar with IT systems (Microsoft / GSuite).
  • You possess knowledge of airworthiness standards and regulations (TCCA/FAA/JAA).
