KDC​/ONE Customer Complaint Specialist

Location: Quebec

Shape customer experiences as a Customer Complaint Specialist at KDC/ONE, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. In this temporary role, you'll coordinate complaint investigations and manage documentation to uphold the highest standards.

As a Customer Complaint Specialist, your role is to ensure effective handling and resolution of complaints related to raw materials and finished goods. Your analytical mindset will aid in the identification of underlying issues, while your attention to detail will ensure thorough documentation and compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow-up on incoming customer complaints

• Coordinate detailed analyses with stakeholders

• Complete all necessary documentation for investigations

• Ensure adherence to deadlines for issue closure

• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• DEC or similar qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing context

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, AS400

• Functional in both French and English

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
