As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop, implement, maintain, and improve processes meeting customer requirements. Your work covers engineering change notices, acceptance criteria, corrective actions, audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The position requires collaboration across purchasing, production, design, and engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings and engineering change notices during product design
Approve work instructions, processes, and production inspection points
Coordinate non-conformance resolution and corrective actions
Conduct internal and supplier compliance audits
Analyze performance indicators and lead improvement projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing interest
Minimum five years of experience
Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and AS 9100 standards
Fluency in English and French
Security clearance and Controlled Goods assessment eligibility
Bring electronics quality assurance, aerospace standards, auditing, and corrective-action expertise to MDA Space satellite systems in Montreal.
