Position: Vice President R&D for Photonics Technology

In this hands-on strategic position, you will be responsible for the entire R&D ecosystem, guiding multidisciplinary teams toward the development of high-performance photonic devices. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full R&D roadmap for photonic systems

Requirements:
