As a Research Associate, you will independently manage molecular biology lab processes, ensuring the quality of each sample. Your responsibilities include dissecting specimens, isolating plasma, and executing DNA extraction and sequencing. You’ll work within strict protocols to maintain accuracy and uphold patient care as a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process laboratory specimens with high attention to detail

• Isolate plasma and perform tissue dissections carefully

• Execute DNA extraction and purification from diverse samples

• Prepare libraries and operate sequencing platforms

• Maintain laboratory instruments and records accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum BS/BA in biological science or equivalent

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on molecular biology experience

• Proficient in using LIMS for sample tracking

• Experience with NGS and PCR techniques

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
