Become an integral part of Agropur as a Product Development Specialist, focusing on innovation in food products. This temporary position requires strong collaboration in both English and French while ensuring project success.
As a key member of the team, you will engage daily in planning, coordinating, and executing product development initiatives. With your expertise in Food Science and three years of relevant experience, you'll lead innovation projects and improve product performance while meeting customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute product development projects from ideation to commercialization
• Lead innovation related to enhancing food products and processes
• Conduct laboratory and plant trials for new product testing
• Maintain product specifications and evaluate sensory characteristics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize costs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in food product development
• Relevant experience in the dairy sector considered an asset
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Ability to drive innovation and cost reduction initiatives
