The Brick in Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will respond to inquiries, identify needs, and promote customer loyalty while delivering friendly, professional support in-store.
We value a customer-first attitude, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask across computer tasks and order reports. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required at our retail location.
