You'll oversee staff, maintain floor standards, and implement compelling product placements that resonate with fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging in-store and window displays

• Use visual techniques to attract and motivate purchases

• Analyze Oracle figures for product placement

• Collaborate with the Town Merchandiser on displays

• Train staff on merchandising best practices

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of visual merchandising experience

• Creative flair for product presentation

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lead by example professionally
