Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store leadership on VM presentation

• Optimize product placement and guest navigation strategies

• Execute mannequin styling and visual merchandising updates

• Assess guest needs and offer technical product education

• Provide training on visual display techniques to team members

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail or sales experience

• Additional education in visual merchandising or related field

• Must travel to assigned stores with reliable transport

• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for store tasks
