RONA is seeking a Product Specialist to guide customers to the best product choices and support sales objectives. You will provide detailed product information to customers and other associates, promote plans and installation services, and keep shelves stocked with correctly displayed merchandise.
You will manage orders, coordinate with vendors on special orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
