Overnight Supervisor

Position: Overnight Supervisor at Bass Pro Shops
Location: Quebec City

Lead the overnight team at Bass Pro Shops, ensuring retail excellence in stock management and customer engagement. This role focuses on replenishment and maintaining a productive shopping environment.

As the Overnight Supervisor, you will report to the Assistant General Manager and oversee team members during the night shift. Your responsibilities include directing sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, and inventory management. You will also provide training, manage visual standards, and support special event coordination in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate daily tasks to overnight team members

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and training

• Maintain visual presentation standards and store signage

• Conduct nightly replenishment from inventory and deliveries

• Support inventory management through accurate counts and scanning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2-4 years of retail experience in a supervisory role

• Availability for overnight shifts

• Proficient in inventory management systems

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
