As a Cashiering Supervisor, you will manage and supervise cashier activities, ensuring the integrity of all transactions and overseeing performance through training and coaching. We're looking for someone dynamic and detail-oriented, with experience in cash handling and supervisory roles. This position involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, all within an empowering and fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise cashier activities and manage performance of Cashiers
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in large cash transactions
• Authorize transactions and reconcile inventories
• Oversee cage equipment maintenance and organization
• Complete audits, reports, and manage found money processes
Requirements:
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 1 year as a casino Cashier preferred
• Training in supervisory or management practices an asset
• Experience in handling large cash amounts accurately
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods
