Position: CFMWS Shift Supervisor Role
Location: Quebec

Join Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) as a Shift Supervisor. Lead retail services and ensure outstanding customer support for members of the Canadian Armed Forces.

In your position as a Shift Supervisor at CFMWS, you will provide retail services while supporting the unique needs of CAF members and their families. Your responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, supervising staff, and managing store operations, from opening to closing. This is an opportunity to impact your community positively through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance

• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

• Handle cash and manage Point of Sale transactions

• Maintain a clean environment for food and beverage services

• Manage refunds and service adjustments efficiently

Requirements:

• Prior experience in personnel administration

• Food Handling Certification required as necessary

• Functional bilingualism in English and French

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Capability to perform moderate lifting daily
