With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. We’re passionate about making our customers and our employees feel right e, you will enrich the customer experience while growing your experience with a well‑known Canadian retailer.
Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.
Our new store is set to open
in October
. We’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

- Provide a warm greeting to every customer
- Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
- Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
- At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
- Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
- Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
