In this engaging role, you will represent American Eagle and its values by utilizing the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests. You’ll provide well-informed product knowledge while flexibly adapting across various zones like Sales floor and Cash & Wrap. Your innovative problem-solving skills will shine through as you resolve customer needs effectively while promoting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ AEO Selling Model to connect with every guest

• Educate shoppers on product offerings and benefits

• Showcase AEO loyalty program and connectivity opportunities

• Navigate seamlessly between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Address guest inquiries while following company policies

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with diverse customers

• High-energy multitasker for fast-paced environments

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 16 years old

• Love for AE & Aerie product lines
