As a Team Leader at GARAGE, you’ll report to the Store Manager, playing a pivotal role in daily store operations. You’ll promote a positive shopping atmosphere and ensure brand standards are met, directly impacting customer satisfaction and sales. Working collaboratively, you’ll manage inventory and oversee eCom order fulfillment to enhance overall store success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations and promote customer experience

• Manage inventory, including shipment processing

• Maintain merchandising presentation standards across the store

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 2 years of retail experience preferred

• 1 year as a team lead, ideally in retail

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
