Location: Trois-Rivières
Shine as an RBC Insurance Life and Wealth Advisor in Montreal. This role combines client engagement with targeted insurance and financial advice to meet evolving client needs.
As part of our Field Sales team, you will play a crucial role in connecting with clients and offering solutions based on their unique life situations. Ideal candidates will possess strong relationship management and business development skills. Supported by internal resources, you'll navigate comprehensive insurance products to align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored financial advice to clients based on needs
• Prospect and build a business through relationship-building
• Utilize Salesforce for effective client management
• Maintain a digital-first communication approach
• Regularly assess business performance against targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in professional sales
• Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) required
• Strong networking and referral skills
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
