Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry? Our sales team is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will play a key part at the heart of our dealership by supporting the sales team across all stages.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Lot Management:
Take charge of the inventory of new and used vehicles. - Fleet File Management:
Maintain and track accurate records for commercial and fleet vehicle accounts. - Sales Appointment Booking:
Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team. - F&I Support:
Assist in preparing and organizing administrative files for financing and insurance. - Delivery Assistance:
Support the vehicle handover process to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience.
- Background in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and files.
- Base salary + commission structure.
