Account Manager – Education

We are looking for an Account Manager to develop and manage client relationships in Quebec's education sector, specifically with school service centres (centres de service scolaire) and CEGEPs. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients among Quebec's school service centres and CEGEPs
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers at school service centres and CEGEPs
• Present and promote Byrnu's educational solutions (Perspective, Parcours)
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with technical and training teams to ensure service delivery
• Maintain rigorous follow-up on opportunities and accounts in CRM tools

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Knowledge of Quebec's education ecosystem (school boards, CEGEPs, universities, vocational training)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relations skills
• Fluency in French (required) and functional English
• Ability to work autonomously and in a structured remote environment
• Comfort with collaborative tools and CRM platforms

• + Experience selling software or technology solutions in the education market
• + Established network of contacts in Quebec's education community
• + Knowledge of pedagogical challenges and digital transformation in education
