As part of Allegion's immersive Sales Development Program – Specification Track, you will undergo intensive training, including a segment in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on interacting with architects and engineers, enabling you to provide expert consultation on door hardware specifications. Your training will equip you with the necessary knowledge to succeed in your full-time position at one of Allegion's regional sales offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create technical hardware sets and specifications for architectural projects
• Provide product application solutions to architects
• Assist in project meetings, revisions, and coordination
• Communicate door hardware requirements and conflicts
• Maintain industry knowledge through market analysis
Requirements:
• College diploma in Architectural Technology preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
