Security Program Administration Coordinator

Location: Lévis

Enhance security operations as a Security Coordinator. Manage clearance applications, liaise with government agencies, and ensure compliance with security programs and internal standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing security clearances under both the Contract Security Program and Controlled Goods Program. You'll support employees with background checks and liaise with government agencies regarding security inquiries. Your ability to communicate clearly will be crucial in maintaining program standards and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security clearance processes for personnel

• Assist in police clearance and related applications

• Follow up with government agencies for security matters

• Aid HR in interpreting background check outcomes

• Serve as a liaison for subcontractors on clearance issues

Requirements:

• Diploma in secretarial studies or related field

• Minimum one year in administrative roles

• English fluency for effective communication

• Strong tact, discretion, and collaboration skills

• Complete the background check for clearance
