Simons is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent committed to upholding safety within their stores. Responsibilities include emergency response, detecting shoplifting, and collaborating with law enforcement.

Your role will also involve writing reports and producing staff identification as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all customers and premises

• Act as the first responder during emergencies

• Detect instances of shoplifting promptly

• Make arrests under the guidance of police authorities

• Write reports and produce staff identification cards

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar loss prevention role is an asset

• Provincial security permit (BSP) required

• Strong communication skills in English or French

• Resourceful and disciplined under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
