Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of people and premises.
- Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
- Detect shoplifting.
- Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
- Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.
- Empathetic, caring, and disciplined.
- Great resourcefulness and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role (asset).
- License from Quebec Bureau of Private Security (BSP) required.
- Ability to communicate in the official language of the province:
French for Quebec;
English for Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia.
