Simons seeks a Loss Prevention Agent to oversee safety and security in its Quebec locations. You will handle emergency situations, collaborate with police authorities for arrests, and produce identification cards. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of people and the premises

• Act as the first responder in emergencies

• Detect and prevent instances of shoplifting

• Make arrests in collaboration with police when necessary

• Write reports and create staff identification cards

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar loss prevention role

• License from the Quebec Bureau of Private Security (BSP)

• Ability to communicate in French and/or English

• Resourcefulness in multiple responsibilities

• Empathetic and disciplined approach to security
