As a Pre-Board Screening Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining security at the airport. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to operate screening technologies effectively. The ideal candidate will have flexibility for varying shifts and excellent communication skills in both English and French. An interest in contributing to a safer environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently screen passengers and their baggage

• Utilize X-ray and other security technologies

• Protect access to secure areas

• Manage and resolve conflicts effectively

• Uphold regulatory compliance at all times

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service

• Availability for various shifts and holidays

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

• Ability to meet CATSA medical standards
