Position: Security Advisor at FedEx Freight
Location: Quebec

Protect Fed Ex Freight Canada’s employees and assets as a Security Advisor. This role focuses on incident investigation, security audits, and workplace violence prevention within a diverse environment.

In this pivotal position, you will safeguard company assets, mitigate theft, and oversee compliance with security protocols. You will lead investigations into security incidents while also conducting security inspections and implementing preventative measures to enhance safety across facilities. Your engagement with various departments will ensure a cohesive approach to security practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate security incidents and suspected thefts

• Conduct audits for compliance with security standards

• Implement preventative measures to reduce losses

• Train staff on workplace violence and security protocols

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for security policy alignment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree is mandatory

• 5 years in corporate security or armed enforcement

• Proficient in security systems and physical security

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Valid G license and vehicle access required
