Lead security operations at Playground, a premier entertainment venue just outside Montreal. As a Security Supervisor, oversee daily activities and ensure safety protocols are followed by your team.

In the role of Security Supervisor at Playground, you will ensure all Security Officers perform their duties according to established protocols. Your responsibilities include real-time incident management and providing guidance to enhance the safety of both guests and employees during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise Security Officers daily

• Provide immediate direction for security concerns

• Conduct regular monitoring of premises and activities

• Coach Officers for service standard compliance

• Maintain comprehensive incident reporting practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in security, with supervisory experience required

• Familiarity with security emergency protocols

• Ability to handle physical tasks efficiently

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification necessary

• Proficient in English;
French considered a strong asset
