Paladin Security is hiring a full time Security Guard for Westmount Mall in London, Ontario. This position focuses on monitoring high-traffic periods, enforcing compliance with mall policies, and providing assistance during emergencies. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the mall during peak hours, especially lunch breaks

• Enforce the mall's Code of Conduct and TPA

• Communicate incidents clearly and complete reports

• Use security equipment including radios and CCTV

• Conduct quick investigations and emergency responses

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable and tactful demeanor under pressure

• Authorized to work legally in Canada

• First Aid and CPR Level C certification
