• Mentor and supervise Security Officers daily

• Coach Officers for service standard compliance

• Maintain comprehensive incident reporting practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in security, with supervisory experience required

• Familiarity with security emergency protocols

• Ability to handle physical tasks efficiently

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification necessary

• Proficient in English;
French considered a strong asset
