Join Kinross as a Site Access Lead in the Red Lake mining district. You'll oversee site access procedures, ensuring safety and compliance for all personnel and visitors.
In this pivotal role, you will manage documentation, training, and security protocols at the Great Bear project site. This includes coordinating contractor onboarding and ensuring that all workers have the required clearances before accessing the site. Your leadership will maintain a safe and organized environment during construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site access processes for all personnel and visitors.
• Verify training records and site access documentation.
• Maintain accurate access records and badge statuses.
• Coordinate with Security to manage site access approvals.
• Conduct audits of contractor training compliance.
Requirements:
• 10 years in camp administration, security, or logistics.
• Experience in the mining industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Post-secondary diploma in a business-related field.
Support site safety and compliance while leading access processes at Kinross in Red Lake.
