At Playground, located near Montreal, you will be responsible for monitoring team access and maintaining the security of our gaming facility. This role demands a blend of professionalism and assertiveness in monitoring entry points to prevent unauthorized access while creating a positive experience for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee access for team members and external visitors

• Manage credential logging and issuance with accuracy

• Monitor live feeds and systems to detect security issues

• Communicate incidents clearly to security personnel

• Use quiet times effectively for log auditing and organization

Requirements:

• Proven reliability with an excellent attendance record

• Background in surveillance, security, or a related field

• Strong technical skills with access control systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
French is a plus

• High emotional intelligence and quick decision-making capability
