Description de l’offre d’emploi
Accompagner, soutenir, des jeunes de 18-30 ans (Mixte) en difficulté dans un centre d'hébergement, soit de type refuge (drop-in) ou dans une maison d'hébergement transitoire. Assister aux réunions d'équipe, compléter le relai par des informations de suivi pour le collègue qui suivra, animer des ateliers, tenir des rencontres en individuel auprès des résidents qui forment votre case-load, ou animer des ateliers de groupe.
Langues- Français parlé et écrit - Faible
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC), Techniques humaines - Travail social
