Client Family Support Specialist

Provide compassionate support for families experiencing loss with Dignity Memorial in Hull, QC. In this role, you will facilitate funeral arrangements and create dignified memorial services.

We are looking for a Client Family Support Specialist to assist families during funerals and memorial services. You will ensure that every detail is handled professionally, from coordinating logistics to providing aftercare services. This position demands a high level of integrity and compassion to help families with their unique needs during difficult times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct funeral ceremonies and enhance family experiences

• Confirm and manage service arrangement authorizations

• Serve as a guide during visitation and burial services

• Handle aftercare documentation and follow-ups

• Ensure all compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years in a relevant role

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history

• Familiarity with community religious customs

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
