Lead Developer, Software Engineer

• Help determine the technological direction of products
• Ensure and plan the technological evolution of product services
• Act as development team coach, supporting developers and contributing to their professional development
• Ensure the evolution and continuous improvement of our practices and processes
• Analyze project feasibility and estimate costs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in solution architecture and design
• Cultivate the importance of code quality
• Define reliable test strategies
• Participate in the evolution of Mon Club Sportif

• You have 5 years' experience in Web development. You're a veteran!
• You know Git
• You have experience in developing REST and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• You have an interest in Dev Ops (CI/CD tools, Docker, etc.).
• You have an advanced level of written and spoken English, like Claude Julien.
• You’re interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced SaaS environment

• You can telecommute and work from the Quebec City office at any time, so you won't miss any of your favorite team's games!
• Very flexible schedule, a bit like Jonathan Quick in the 2012 series.
• Hours dedicated to technology watch, think of it as "scouting".

Do you have to be a top athlete to work at MCS?

Although it’s very important to have some knowledge of the realities of the sporting world, it’s absolutely not necessary to be a top-level sportsman or sportswoman to work  team would be in a bad way, considering that we all play in garage leagues…
