Position: Equisoft Hybrid Engineering Manager Role

As part of this full-time role, you will guide around 15 IT professionals in the Analyze product group. This includes defining team goals, building trust, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Your responsibilities also encompass hiring recommendations and ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate clear team objectives

• Engage in regular team evaluations and development discussions

• Develop onboarding plans for new team members

• Encourage innovative ideas and open discussions

• Oversee performance management and budget allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Minimum 3 years in a management role and 8 years in software development

• Agile environment leadership experience

• Excellent bilingual communication skills

• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
