Join Export Development Canada’s Financial Crimes and KYC team as a Senior Software Engineer. Utilize your .NET and Angular skills to enhance vital systems in a hybrid setup. Located in Ottawa, this permanent role focuses on developing and maintaining applications that safeguard customers and the organization. Your contributions will involve integrating with commercial screening solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and enhance .NET and Angular applications
- Maintain and deploy Azure Dev Ops YAML pipelines
- Design and execute SQL Server table structures and queries
- Drive discussions for technical design and code quality
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in software engineering
- Expertise in .NET 6+ and Angular 16+
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Git
- Familiarity with financial crime concepts and regulations
