As part of an Agile development team, you’ll collaborate with professionals to design, develop, and test software that solves real‑world problems. YourResponsibilities:
- Execute tests and report results, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards.
- Create concise bug reports and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Develop basic test cases with guidance from mentors and learn complex applications from the end‑user's perspective.
- Participate in all in‑house and field testing of equipment and software as required.
- Install, use, and maintain various testing equipment and hardware for the QA department under guidance.
- Document testing activities and report progress in tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Someone who is a junior‑level student pursuing a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree.
- Has basic understanding of networking setups, especially WIFI.
- Is familiar with programming languages, Azure/Cloud environments, and SDLC.
- Has exposure to Agile software development methods.
- Has exposure to robotics, electronics, automation.
- (Bonus) Experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows).
- (Bonus) Experience with testing/coding tools like Test Rail, Jira, Git, Jenkins, or equivalents.
- (Optional, but awesome) Exposure to CAN Bus, Serial, and Ethernet protocols.
- (Optional, but awesome) Knowledge of or experience in the mining industry.
- Hands‑on experience with real‑world, impactful projects that make a difference.
