The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of Salesforce experience, strong architectural skills, and a dedication to mentoring junior developers. You will drive best practices, ensure seamless integrations, and maintain data quality in our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Visualforce

• Collaborate on system architecture and integrations with external applications

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and engage in Agile ceremonies

• Implement automation using Flows and triggers in Salesforce

• Conduct unit testing and ensure compliance with security guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components

• Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset or Git
