This position is ideal for those with over six years of experience in supporting healthcare integration technologies. You will work extensively with the Rhapsody Integration Engine, troubleshooting multiple integration formats while collaborating with teams across locations. Your strong Java background and robust HL7 knowledge will be paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Rhapsody Integration Engine environments and troubleshoot interfaces
• Monitor system performance and manage alerts effectively
• Collaborate with application teams and vendors on issues
• Develop and support Java utilities for integrations
• Document interfaces and participate in support rotations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years in healthcare integration support roles
• Proficient with Rhapsody Integration Engine environments
• Solid Java development and troubleshooting experience
• Comprehensive understanding of HL7 integration standards
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux/Windows systems
