In this pivotal role at MDA, you will be responsible for the architecture and implementation of complex software for satellite payload systems. With a strong foundation in embedded systems and over a decade of experience, you will oversee team knowledge growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct architecture discussions with cross-functional teams

• Implement and validate embedded software (flight code)

• Conduct one-on-one meetings to enhance team performance

• Document software processes and requirements

• Oversee integration testing for flight units

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years in embedded software development

• Expertise in C++17 and real-time systems

• Knowledge of complex SoCs and CI/CD processes

• Excellent communication skills in English or French
