Position: Senior Embedded Developer for Marine Products
Location: Trois-Rivières

Dometic is seeking a Senior Embedded Developer to lead software solutions in Trois-Rivières. Transform marine technology through firmware and system integration for innovative products.

Reporting to the Lead Software Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your skills in embedded C/C++. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance functionalities across marine systems. You’ll be focused on developing systems that innovate safety and comfort for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop firmware for marine electronic products

• Create network integration solutions for advanced systems

• Review code for quality and compliance

• Prepare comprehensive documentation and test plans

• Conduct extensive testing of software functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software or Mechatronic Engineering

• 3+ years in firmware or system engineering

• Advanced knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems

• Familiar with CAN, SPI, and Ethernet protocols

• Fluent communication skills in both French and English
