In this role within Chime's Membership team, you will design, develop, and enhance features to drive member engagement and retention. Your responsibilities encompass API creation, front-end development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience applying metrics-driven decision-making to prioritize your work is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable membership functionalities
• Develop APIs and UI components for Chime's app
• Partner with product and design teams for user insights
• Analyze metrics to influence project prioritization
• Maintain code quality and team collaboration
Requirements:
• 2+ years in software development at scale
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with React, React Native, or Type Script
• Strong collaborative communication skills
• Knowledge of databases and API design
