Transform legacy systems with MongoDB's innovative Application Modernization Platform. In this Senior Lead Engineer role, leverage your coding skills and experience to lead impactful projects in a hybrid environment.
This position will center on developing tools that leverage Generative AI to transition applications into microservices-based architectures. As a technical leader, you will guide a talented team of engineers while ensuring high standards in product reliability and performance. You will collaborate with product management to meet complex customer demands through creativity and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to engineering teams
• Drive long-term architectural roadmap and technical vision
• Work alongside Product Managers to define requirements and features
• Lead the development of mission-critical AMP components
• Promote best practices through comprehensive code and design reviews
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of team leadership and mentoring
• Proven experience with analytics systems and data tooling
• Familiarity with SQL databases and MongoDB
• Strong communication and organizational skills
