As a Software Developer at Falcon, you will work on scalable banking technologies with 2-5 years of backend development experience.

Your role involves creating cloud-native microservices and engaging with product and Dev Ops teams to enhance our AI-first platform. Mastery of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and TDD practices is essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs for financial services

• Engineer event-driven applications with Kafka

• Optimize data models in PostgreSQL

• Write and execute thorough tests using JUnit and AssertJ

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
